🟣 NINOH – Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At NINOH, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order is lost in transit

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor colour differences (due to screen or printing variations)

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund.


5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Delivery times are estimated at 10–25 business days and may take up to 30 days
  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are not eligible for refunds

However:

If your order has not been delivered within 35 days, you may be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee or a replacement, depending on the situation.
